Installation and Performance

Installation and Performance in the bridge guard residency Tiziana Bertoncini built from objects that Danube brought the installation “Panta Rhei – Danube Time Spaces”. Children form the fourth class verbalised their associations with Danube and have been animated by Tiziana to sing differently as they are used to. Tiziana recorded their voices by and mixed them with sounds of Danube. A new mysterious language emerged.

In the music performance “SOSIA – the trip in the border zone between “I” and “Others” for a violin / person and space the spectators become witnesses (voyeurs) of presence traces of the other, of the suspected but not recognised. The way leads form the loneliness through conquering the individual “I” to the discovery of the “other” as part of oneself.
